The white narcissi

I arrived home last night to an iced up car then no heating at home. The boiler decided not to work again! I put water in to increase the pressure and hey presto heat. The engineer is coming again on Monday. The house was very cold so I left it on over night. I didn't want to be cold in bed so decided to put another quilt on the bed, I was nice and toasty.
I went out early shopping for food and as its Matt's birthday tomorrow thought I'd better try and get him something. It was so cold, the wind and the icy rain, I was glad to get home back in the warmth. I've written my Christmas cards and caught up on some jobs.
I'm glad the narcissi is still alive, it smells beautiful and looks fab.
