Student digs revisited

Off down to Newcastle for my nephew Carl's 21st birthday night out. He's currently enjoying the full student experience at the University of Northumbria (which was, allegedly, going to be called the City University of Newcastle upon Tyne, until they worked out the acronym). Odd to think that when Carl was born, I was still a student myself.

Went to a comedy gig at The Hyena Club which was a great night out. The Toon on a Saturday night was bursting with potential blips - but North-Eastern etiquette demands that no jacket be worn. And with no pockets to stash it in, it didn't seem wise to be carrying a camera around.
