Newcastle - again!

Our usual Sunday morning, a walk along the promenade in Newcastle, and coffee in Cafe Creme :-)
After the horrendous day yesterday - persistent rain and strong winds - today has been bright and sunny, perfect for a walk in Newcastle. There were loads of roads closed yesterday evening because of flooding, and there seemed to be lakes this morning where there hadn't been before. Luckily we hadn't planned to go out yesterday evening, our niece and her husband were coming to us to watch the Strictly final :-) and a great evening was had by all xx
