Little bunting

OK, I admit it may not be a particularly colourful bird, but to a birder it is the essence of a magical rare bird - it's come from a long way away (probably Siberia) where judging by its behaviour it has never encountered humans or cats before, showing no fear of either. Incredibly tame and approachable, beautifully marked, with those gorgeous orange ear-coverts (cheeks) and white eye-ring that distinguish it from the much commoner reed bunting.
