In The mood

Well, Christmas is bearing down on us quickly, so why not get in the mood for the big day by choosing turkey for our Sunday meal. Not a whole turkey, mind you, but simply a turkey leg and more than sufficient to give us the taste for just over a week’s time.
Even so, there was more than enough on a solitary drumstick to keep us going for a few days yet.
Maybe just as well we are planning an alternative as the main festive meal on the day, as I fear we may be somewhat overwhelmed by turkey this coming week.
Just as well perhaps, that I am always partial to a turkey sandwich!
