Car Wash

Not hugely inspired I accept. Busy day. Got up. (0730 - did not set alarm - bliss. had slept for 8 hours). Emptied and filled dishwasher (repeat twice over the day). Vacuumed and washed 3 large rugs. Hung up some more Christmas decorations. Moved dry rug to underneath Geoff's chair (hard). Took Penny's Fiesta to the car wash and clean, then to fill with petrol and then to garage for something that has to be mended (can't recall what). walked home from garage. Drove to Epsom to see Gran and spent an hour with her. Discovered her with soaking sheets - had to be firm with nursing staff to get sorted (not good enough). Diverted to Harsha's flat to drop of lamp (broken shade but she would still like it) and another lamp (not broken). Went to Waitrose to pick up dinner (Geoff decided not hungry). Set off washing machine. Now sitting working on report for work I should have done weeks ago but simply haven't had time for. I accept that is not an excuse. V tired.
