Edinburgh Zoo

Very cold this morning. I take a different route to work to avoid the road works. The roads have been gritted, so not much ice. The forecast for the weekend isn't very good though. Snow and ice. Not much wind at the moment, but there might be more later on.

Feels very fresh at lunchtime. A day to keep the jacket zipped up tight. Nice  sunshine. The trees around the zoo have lost their leaves, so quite a few of the enclosures up the hill from the member's house are visible.

Friday night ride home is very cold. I avoid the road works, but have to take another diversion because of black ice as a result of a burst water pipe. Nice evening in, editing the week's photos. Very breezy outside.
