Out of the darkness

Storm Deidre turned out to be a bit of a damp squib in Leith, but were quite happy to have dug out the YakTrax in vain.

Totally failed to take a photo during the daylight hours (only about 7 of them at the moment), so was pleased to spot this orchid which has quietly burst into flower again in the darkness of an Edinburgh kitchen in winter.
