Bemvindo!

Welcome to Rio and one of our local places, Tipicamente. We've been on 3 continents over the last 3 days, having travelled overnight from Cairo to Barcelona via Rome and then within 24 hours on another plane to Rio via Amsterdam!  We've only had 3hrs of 'bed sleep' and so after this, we'll be hitting the sack.   We travelled hand luggage only this trip and it relieved some stress in our 24 hr turnaround in Barcelona.  Funny to be wearing the same sandals here as in Cairo, but with shorts.
