Not for the squeamish

Gave blood today and thought I'd grab a quick blip whilst I had nothing else to do... but bleed. The nurse was reluctant to let me take it but she consented in the end - as long as I was quick.

What an easy way to help save lives. If you've never tried it, try it. It's really no problem.
