Over the Tay

Jumped on to the Dundee flight to London today. Beautiful views of the Silvery Tay. One hour and twenty minutes later I landed in London. Very easy. I love how the rotating prop blades become so deformed and abstract.
The worst bit of the trip is I have come to see my no 3 who fell 5m through a roof. Hospital is being brilliant and assessing what needs to be done. The rumours go from up and around quickly to flat on his back for 7 weeks. Then they say they will operate on eye socket (blueugh), he is just off for an x ray on some other black and blue bit. We wait to see the progress but the very very good and lucky bit is he is moving all bits and talking etc. Phew
