17 years on

A phone picture on selfie mode = a terrible picture.

I've just done the maths and realised that it's now been 17 years since our university gang met each other. That is very nearly half of our lives. I honestly have no idea how we got that old.

It was a lovely day spending time with this lot and their broods. Nice to catch up on various happenings from 2018 and reminisce about that time we spent on a very rainy hill under canvas in Bishop's Castle. Probably best forgotten.

Some notable absences in the form of Inspector Bird and the most wonderful sproutlover who was gadding about somewhere in Mozambique. 

We drank too much snowball, ate way too much food and watched one too many Christmas movies. So lucky to have such amazing friend and to be able to get to know their little ones.
