Memories

Took this photo last night and then forgot to actually upload it...it is one of my son's ornaments that I have been collecting  him since before he was born!  As I have mentioned before, there are 23 years of Santa ornaments (2 - 3 a year) and 21 years of angel ornaments (2 - 3 a year) on my main Christmas tree.  This will be the first year that my son will not be joining us but his ornaments will remain on the tree until he gets a home of  his own and wants them  : )

One of my daughter's rats died today.  We knew she was sick as she was rapidly losing weight and had simply slowed down. How lovely that she died with her 'sisters' cuddling with her...

I have turned off comments as I find I am not getting around to answering anyone currently.  Life should settle down in five days  ; )
