Surprise!

Out for a pre-breakfast walk in the park, surprising the local wildlife along the way. This is a female nyala, she didn't hang around too long. We managed to get lost, a fairly regular occurrence when I'm leading the way, but luckily the park isn't that big and we survived the dual threats of heatstroke and dehydration to live and tell the tale. Whew.
No luck going snorkelling in the Induan Ocean, the kilometre long queue to get a beach permit sent us sadly home. Maybe next time.
