Meanwhile, father in law, who is 89, rang Sky as he keeps getting calls telling him his internet will be disconnected (we have told him to just hang up but he decided to check with Sky). They reassured him he had nothing to worry about and then signed up for an upgraded Tv package that he absolutely does not need. I am raging!!!
