Christmas at Blickling

This afternoon I took myself off to Blickling for my annual trip to photograph the Christmas lights. I chose today as it was a relatively warm 6C with no wind or rain forecast. Always a wonderful spectacle and at no extra charge to National Trust members. I've added a photo of the back of the house in Extras

Earlier G, A and I had gone on one of my favourite walks along the coastal path from Morston to Blakeney and back. We had a lovely break at the Blakeney hotel for a cuppa and a toasted teacake, sitting in the 'Lookout' lounge where you have a lovely view out over the marshes.  It was a lovely sunny day, perfect for a winter walk.
