Home made!!!

Met up with the Friday Ladies today for the last one before Christmas to eat mince pies and swap Christmas cards.  D made them and they were good!!!  She used to teach cookery in  a secondary school many moons ago and she knows how!!

I've spent a good part of the day  on Christmas emails and I still haven't done the Porc épic preparation or the non dairy sponges for my non dairy trifle!  Ro and I then decided to go to Tesco and get a frozen turkey. (so many cars on the roads!) So much easier to let it defrost in the garage and not in the fridge which is always full of other things!

Bit of a family argument as to whether to let everyone open presents on Sunday when we are all together or keep them for Christmas itself!
