Book Club Xmas

Our annual party now seems to be a “last time in this house” before the host and hostess move to a retirement home.   Like will happen here.   2 of the guys now have dementia, and there are other dire health problems in families, but we do so appreciate the shared times together and the the book “white elephant” exchange is always fun.  We have a long and beautiful history.    Laughter is essential.   I put together a little book for everyone of 25 years of book club camp and lots of these Christmas group photos so this will get added.  It was frustrating as I couldn’t access all of those 25 ( actually 28 since we began reading books).  years of photos…some  so old some were film but I could photograph the photos) and some old enough that the external digital drive didn’t work.   But it’s fun to have and I’m sure more will surface,
H missed a basketball game tonight but decided it was more wonderful to be here.  and we haven't yet heard if Nik’s team won or lost against Tatum’s HS…….
