The moon, a rainbow

. . . and a beautiful start to the day.

Left the house early in the rain to take the dog out. About halfway round it stopped raining and the sky cleared to reveal the moon and a lovely sunrise. Stopping by a gate in a field I took some photos of the moon, and realised as I put my camera away that a fox had been watching me the whole time. Towards the end of the walk I spotted the rainbow - a sign of more rain to come, so was glad to be nearly home.
