Not a fascist breeding ground but a Tibetan restaurant in Chengdu, China. Tibetan fare is hearty and very welcome as Chinese construction standards tend to leave you shivering even when swathed in numerous layers indoors.

The symbol is here known as yungdrung and in ancient Tibetan Buddhism it represented eternity.
