The Start of a Beautiful Day

Today I made my sauce/gravy for the lasagna and stuffed shells we plan to have for Christmas dinner.  Tomorrow I'll put everything together and freeze it until I'm ready to cook it up. I also made some biscotti and a new cookie I've never made before - chocolate chip cream cheese cookies.  All very yummy!
