I try hard to remember what the true message of Christmas is especially on those days when it all feels a bit too much! Being head of two schools this year is going to make it twice the ... Fun!

Three beautiful things:

Being able to tell a friend some good news.

A really positive performance management meeting.

A walking the dogs before it got too dark.

One thing to be grateful for:
A very supportive and inspiring mentor/exec head.
