Yes, it's a big sign!
It is positioned facing a cross roads, where folk queue at the traffic lights.
I wonder if people ponder where love comes from and whether it is a gift and other deep existential thoughts before the lights go green.
I wonder if they even notice it, through the tinsel laden fog of frenetic consumer craziness that is an Australian Christmas?

Maybe the pausing to wonder is the goal?
