The Quiet Season

And Rethimnon void of tourist in this time of the year.... we walked the touristical route for half an hour and there almost all shops are closed and the streets almost empty of people ~ the contrast with Summertime shows here clearly to all who know Rethimnon in that Season.

I'd loved to walk the streets of Rethimnon a little longer and see more of the Venetian and Turkish remains from the houses and so. But Sweetheart claims he has bad memories from this city.... it was already quite a score that I got him in today for a short time ~  do hope to manage another visit here and I don't mind getting here by myself, but that's not what Sweetheart likes either, so we must discuss this city again...
