Angel on the tree last touch

I finally got all of my ornaments on my tree and the Angel on the top today. Just one more box to unpack before Christmas. I have collected and been given so many beautiful and meaningful through the years. Our condo does not allow live trees. Theoretically a cut Christmas tree is no longer alive, but that was obviously not their intent. I would be splitting hairs or would that be limbs?
