Another one...

I've seen many German Market/Princes Street/Ferris Wheel Blips over the past couple of days, and today I suppose is my turn.

I had a Stats exam this morning, which could have gone a lot, lot better. Time will tell.

Scooped Rox up from work and we headed to join the throngs. Many blippable opportunities here, I'll almost certainly return with a tripod...

And now I sit here, when really I should be studying, but instead I find myself researching THIS, 50mm lens.

Is it worth investing in? Will it be more of a macro/portrait lens? Would I be better off with something like a 10mm wide angle/35mm for landscapes etc (around this price range???)
