Heading North

Not exciting weather for travelling but from the A74(M) the mist amongst the plantations was interesting. The Man's camera was within reach in the back of the car so I used it as we travelled along.

We got to Edinburgh in time to have a coffee in Morningside and a look around the shops before we picked up Kat from the hospital. Luckily, she was able to finish early today.

A quick trip to check over her allotment then on to her flat whereupon we got a puncture as we parked the car. Kat's partner joined her and The Man to swap the tyre for the temporary spare. K & G then took the car along to Kwik Fit leaving us to relax in the flat.

As soon as they returned we went out for a meal to The Caley Sample Room just a short walk away.
