Terry's Tradition!

Every Christmas Terry spends a lot of time and energy making his homemade granola.......usually about 20 liters so everyone gets a 2 liter jar!   it's one of the highlights of our families christmas gift....that along with my own little tradition of making Scottish tablet.....i'll get that made on the weekend!

Spent a lovely few hours in Baddeck doing my Christmas Shopping!   i can be quite a Grinch at this time of year, dreading the whole shopping thing....mind you i only have a few presents to buy, but still i dislike it!  but then i realised it wasn't the shopping and trying to find something for each person, it was the trip to Sydney, the Mall and Walmart etc., once i decided to spend the morning in our lovely little village i was much more content....and i found something for each person.
