Odd one

A white gull flies ghosts past the car and one thinks it must be something different and exciting. It settles briefly and you are disappointed to realise it is an almost albino Common Gull. Later on you reflect that that is probably a lot rarer than any Glaucous or Iceland Gull.
Ib the afternoon I got that e-mail - "can I do some supply?". Looks like I am back to work.
