Birthday cupcakes

For Barbara Jean. A few days early but she is visiting from New Jersey, plus any excuse to eat buttercream. She and my mom drove up from Maryland --they arrived yesterday. Maine welcomed them with a dusting of snow this morning. Mom is staying through February -right across the street. My girls are psyched!!
