Thursday 2018 — Farmers Market Today
I didn’t overdose on photos today, but these six collaged together reveal some of the winter vegetables that are now at the market.
Mostly today we went to purchase a couple jars of Stephanie’s delicious soup. Her flavors this week are Adzuki bean and barley, and the other flavor creamy broccoli ( but we add the heads of broccoli to give it a extra body—Mr. Fun would say extra crunch).
So currently we’re living on an evening diet of soup (with crackers or bread). I could care less about cooking, so purchasing quart jars of Stephanie’s soup is relief in my chores. The soups are vegan and filled with good nutrients.
This has been a lovely day on California’s Central Coast.
