Help is at hand

The infamous vegan Christmas recipe book recommends using an electric stand mixer with dough hooks when kneading the turkey. I have only an electric hand mixer with no dough hooks. Alas, kneading by hand seemed inevitable. It was recommended to knead as vigorously as possible to create a firm consistency in the finished product. I feared my arms wouldn’t have the elbow grease required.

Fortunately, Mr Pandammonium took pity on me and said he’d buy me a stand mixer with dough hooks. I did some research on Amazon, and this one turned out to be the super-duperest for my needs. It came today.

Now, we just need to find somewhere to put it.
