Catching Up

The old timers’ Christmas lunch! And sixteen of us turned up talk over old times, when Banks were proper Banks and when pints at lunchtime was just what everyone did. Never mind the ashtrays on the desks. In that spirit, Chas and I knew that starting at 3pm would only give us eight hours of gargling, so we wisely went to the Hanover Tap beforehand to get into the party mood.
