Is it Art

Back to Kings Cross bright and early in time for my train to Aberdeen. Plenty of time to consider from which angle to take a photograph of this installation in the piazza in front of the station. Is it art, well it must be as it is on display. I should have read the plaque at the side to make sure, but even without reading the plaque I am certain it is art.
