Update on the Data Collection Services and my dual energy provider: I got the revised corrected bill by email today. I got a shock. (don't worry the bill is okay now) but due to another misreading by the Data Collection Service my energy provider employ, it wasn't 'just' £1,000 I was in debit to my energy provider, but the sum total of £1,524 and 54pence.

It shouldn't have knocked me off balance today, but it did

My account has now been credited back with all that money, but seeing it actually written in my bill as initially a debit, a debt by me to my energy supplier, was like my heart sinking into the ground.
