Tree.

I've blipped this tree a few times, when it has no leaves.  Then today on my walk, I noticed it full of leaves.  Funny, I take more notice of it when it has no leaves than when it does!

Today has been extremely hot.  I went out briefly to get some shopping.

One shop I went to has nearly sold all their Christmas stuff, but another was jam packed.  Lots of bargains after Christmas.

I met an old work mate in the wine shop.  We had a bit of a natter, and she showed me pictures of her grandchildren.  We've promised to meet up in the New Year.

The temperature today reached about 34c.  Then tonight we had a rather scary storm.

The wind was tremendous, and it blew a lot of my decorations outside around.  I'd brought a few things in, but forgot the ones out the front.  The tinsel blew off, never to be seen again.

The people behind us had just put up a temporary outdoor Gazebo.  Hopefully, they took it down before the storm, because it's not there now!

It was really dark, and we got quite a lot of rain.  But in comparison to some areas, we got off lightly.

So, our longest day, seemed more like the shortest day.  Although, after the initial storm had passed it went back to being light.

My solar lights kept going on and off as the light changed.

One good thing, the temperature has dropped.  Thank goodness.
