Threatening Skies

This morning I met a chum for breakfast at The Delaunay at 55 Aldwych. A treat in every way - the company, food and the location. Rather than catch a bus I walked back over the bridge to Waterloo station to come home. It was blowing a hoolie - but not raining so that was OK. I paused to take in the views and remember what a fabulous city London is. This is part of the new on the Southbank. St Paul's Cathedral in the other direction on the Northbank.

Home and off to see Gran who is not in a good way at all. A long way downhill from yesterday. She has had a wonderful life but this bit now is dreadful.
