It wasn't so bad and the nurses today were lovely when the seed was put into the centre of the tumour. Phew, I'm glad that's over.

Phone call from Tony H to let me know his wife Joan had died, she lived with bone cancer for years, it finally got her. Poor Tony had no idea I had just been diagnosed myself. Joan will be a big miss.
