Raindrops on a tiny fir tree

Met up with my lovely God daughter today and went for a walk in the rain. The blip is a tiny fir tree in a pot by their front door and I liked the rain drops. I've had a busy day but full of nice things meeting up with various friends and I even enjoyed the supermarket shop and caught myself singing along to the music. I gave up the last pack of chipolata sausages with bacon around them to a lady stood by me and you'd think I'd given her the crown jewels!   
I finally took the plunge and had a hair cut (after a 6 month break) and am now a well groomed woman - I even had it put up in a tuck (or something) at the back before going out for dinner with friends. 
All in all an excellent day!
