Luncheon

Paul and I joined my mom for the Silverado holiday luncheon today. We sat with other families and did the best we could to integrate our "person" into the conversations we were having--lots of comparing notes on how we arrived at this stage of life.

Lots of nice staff interactions, lots of tasty food, lots of pleasant live music. I learned with some surprise that my mother didn't want whipped cream on her pudding. She can have surprisingly strong opinions.
