Singing in the rain!

Our last Christmas sing with All Together Now community choir.

It was a miserable morning but the rain had stopped when we parked at Shipley Glen above the heritage cable tramway where we were due to sing. Dry all the way down past the passing trams and standing outside the cafe below the bottom station, we managed to get halfway through our fourth song - Boney M's 'Mary's Boy Child/Oh My Lord', then the rain came down and the 'Oh My Lord' bit was abandoned as we shuffled into the shed that houses the cafe. As I was at the back and furthest from the Shed, I ended up at the front with Chris and Anne - not quite out of the rain. Never mind we managed another 2 songs finishing with Slade's 'Merry Christmas Everybody'
A fitting end and great fun as usual. The rain stopped for the climb back up to the Glen.
