Festive Spirit

I collected the turkey from the butcher this afternoon.

He asked about my health and welfare,  I informed him that I felt I had been touched by festive spirit though I had t to absorb it fully.  In response I asked how he was.  He replied he had been 'battered' by festive spirit.  In a nice way I think.
