Lettuce!

In Poland, lettuce was a "nowalijka," or a fresh, spring food to be celebrated as the winter ended. In Mississippi, lettuce is grown into the winder, due to the subtropical climate. These came from our CSA farm (community-supported agriculture). These colors!!!
