New Zealand Christmas tree trio

The New Zealand Christmas tree is a pohutukawa, which is a beautiful very large tree which is covered in bright red flowers at Christmas time - this year they are spectacular.

A friend mentioned that some have yellow flowers, and I've since seen some with salmon pink flowers, hence the trio.

The red one is more Christmassy though!
