rune stones

We bought this set of rune stones for Jim - he's been after a set for ages. They're polished aventurine stones and feel lovely and cool and smooth. They're in a little black velvet bag with a booklet explaining a bit about them. I've painted a small wooden box silver and drawn rune symbols on it, along with his name, for him to keep them in.

Been rainy and dull for most of the day.
Going to get the dinner ready now and have a rum cocktail.
