Almost Ready.
i was awake at three this morning and got up to make a cup of tea,and thought just as well put the gammon into the oven to roast.then took our tea back to bed.we are having the family down tomorrow for a buffet.except one grandson and his wife who were flying from Gatwick to Las Vegas today for two weeks.we went to the Range this afternoon ,while there we had a coffee.i did not have my camera with me.so i have blipped my christmas cake.and H sliced the gammon with the slicer which we bought few years ago.it is a great for slicing at different thickness .i also made a triffle without the sherry because of the young ones.in the morning i will make my mince pies,i like to make the pastry with butter for these.
