3.8C with rain all morning and sleet mid afternoon.

Short walk only today for the purposes of emptying Maeve the Deerhound. Too wet. No beach. Can hardly see the sea from the house. I have just heard warnings on Radio Scotland about heavy snow on the Aberdeen to Dundee road near Forfar .... thats about 15 miles inland. Not a nice day.

Grabbed a close up shot of this metal 'label' on one of the big wooden poles that carry the street lights at the top of the country road near our house. I keep noticing them as Maeve and I head off up the road on our walks. This one came in handy for a rainy day blip :-)
