We're all Set!

Fire guard in place - check
Stair gates in place - check
Bedroom redecorating done - check

So we are all 'set' for the imminent arrival of daughter#1 and our two grandsons.

The new playground is also finished I believe, though we haven't been to check that.

Off to wrap some presents now.
