Christmas cake iced

Took Kilda for a walk this morning before making some mince pies and ginger biscuits. J’s mum has a craving for ginger now she is on chemo so I made some biscuits for her. Spent a bit of time starting on icing the Christmas cake before taking Kilda for a long run in Sutton Park. She had great fun and ran off chasing squirrels having a great time. Finished the Christmas cake. This year’s theme is a winter fly ball competition. Couldn’t quite get the colour of Kilda right but happy with the result over all. J’s brother and nieces are coming over for dinner tonight, as we won’t see them tomorrow.
