Back to my favourite sunject

Another viewing today, busy busy busy, and not much time for Blips.

Managed to nip down to the beach just before the light totally went, very calm evening.

The closure date has been set for the house now and Tracey and the kids are moving down to Newcastle tomorrow as Alice starts her new school next week, so this is the last view of the beach they will have from here.

I'll be remaining until all the final details have been wrapped up, spending my time between here and Newcastle for work etc. Going to be a sad few days/weeks I think.
